Occasion and source notes
Follow the church’s proper calendar and any lawful transfer. A listed date does not establish the timetable of a public celebration.
The original decree expressly makes the concession perpetual. It requires participation in a publicly conducted sacred celebration or Marian pious exercise on each stated occasion; a private prayer visit alone is not this particular plenary route. This plenary work is participation in the public observance; no additional Our Father or Creed is prescribed by this clause. The decree’s subsequent rosary paragraph recalls the general rosary grant and is not counted as a new independent concession.
