The prescribed work

  1. On 11 July, 15 August or 2 December 2026, make a devout pilgrimage to the Siervas de María chapel at Avenida Pintor Joaquín Sorolla 9, Málaga, and participate in the Eucharistic celebration there. Confirm the actual local celebration schedule before traveling.
  2. Fulfill the usual plenary conditions: sacramental confession, Holy Communion, prayer for the Pope’s intentions, and complete detachment from every sin.

The work and its conditions

A plenary indulgence also requires complete detachment from every sin, sacramental confession, Holy Communion, and prayer for the Pope’s intentions, subject to the grant’s stated exceptions. The ordinary limit is one plenary indulgence per day.

Conditions common to every indulgence

The person gaining an indulgence must be baptized, not excommunicated, and in the state of grace at least when the prescribed works are completed. There must be at least a general intention to gain indulgences, and the prescribed work must be performed at the time and in the manner required by the grant.

Read the full conditions and norms. The cited grant and its specific provisions govern.

Time required

Read each branch with its own conditions. An editorial estimate is not a prescribed minimum.

Occasion and source notes

The three dates are one-time 2026 anniversary occasions, not recurring annual grants or an any-day entitlement between them. Actual Eucharistic celebration attendance is required; no preceding-noon substitute or guessed celebration time is added. The unrelated first-Saturday adoration schedule in the interview is not the schedule of these anniversary Masses.

The displayed endpoints bound the first and last of these three documented local occasions; only the three calendar dates qualify. They do not establish the legal duration of the worldwide concession. Málaga describes a 2 December close, while Granada reports 4 December; the global decree, full term and other alternatives remain under review.

The official diocesan publication reports the sisters’ local directions for these three anniversary occasions. The full combined pilgrimage and Eucharistic work is retained; no additional fixed prayer formula is invented. First-Saturday adoration and the opening event at San Miguel are separate activities and are not substituted for this work.
